i can't use my account I know my password and email then after I sign in. The confirmation will appear then yahoo said , yahoo send to my no. For the reset password. But the number I give it to yahoo is finish contract in postpaid and my Sim has no signal already so what to do, how to change my no. In yahoo .I need your reply asap. U just inform me

Follow these steps. If perchance you still can't recover your account, submit this other Yahoo form for personal support. Note that your phoning Yahoo will not be productive, as these days it's virtually impossible to get help in that manner.

Hey - Yahoo offers two password recovery/update options. The one is through a Security question and the other a recovery email or phone number. With the recovery phone number nolonger valid (provided you'd added no recovery or alternative email) you will :( have to get in touch with one of Yahoo's Customer Support rep.
