Reactivate Account But Alternate Email Address Is No Longer In Use.

I want to reactivate my old email address. But they are asking for an alternate address. I do have my alternate address but that email is no longer in use and they cannot

1. It's possible you may not be able to reactivate an account that's been inactive. Please see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/reactivate-yahoo-account-sln2624.html.

2. Regarding the obsolete email address: Follow these steps. If perchance you still can't recover your account, submit this other Yahoo form for personal support.

According to Yahoo! Help, you can call 800-318-0612 with password/login issues. They should be able to help you.
