I Think I Been Hacked In My E-mail

I think that my email has been hacked. I've been trying to get into my email and it's been telling me wrong password.I clicked on the link that says forgot password or ID and it brought me to this code but I can't put it in. Then it asked me some security questions. Some of them were not my security questions I picked out. So I guessed and it locked my e-mail. It's been over 12 hours and still says it locked. I need to get in to my e-mail. When this all started I was in the middle of moving and it said session expired relogin and did and I could not get though. I thought maybe it was because I did not have wifi. So I tried it again yesterday when got my wifi up. Still can'take though. It locked help me get my e-mail back. Right now using a other e-mail.
