Got Phone Call Sayin It's Yahoo Customer Support?

I received a call, saying they were from yahoo, and people are complaining that my account is attached to spam emails they are getting?.. Call came from San Antonio, Texas ...is this a deal thing that yahoo dies?.. It are they tryin new ways to hack acts?.. I hung up in them, cause thought it was suspect.
