Why Cant They Have A Better Customer Support/service Department?

Anytime you have issues or problems with Yahoo, you can't reach anyone to help you. Today it looks like the site is down, AGAIN, and the outgoing message at the customer support number says they aren't taking calls......what is one to do?

Sorry to say, there's probably nothing you can do until Yahoo gets its act together. The failure of customer support is part of Yahoo's current problems, after which it should be back to normal.
