How Does One Receive Courteous And Timely Customer Service. I've Tried!!!!!!!

i ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS MY MESSAGES ON 4/29/2011. I WAS TOLD THAT EITHER MY USER NAME(E-MAIL ADDRESS) AND/OR MY PASSWORD WAS IN ERROR (I'VE USED BOTH FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER) I WAS INSTRUCTED TO REQUEST A TEMPORARY PASSWORD. I DID SO AND ENTERED THE TEMPORARY PASSWORD AT SIGN-IN. A MESSAGE POPPED UP SAYING THAT THE PASSWORD WAS INCORRECT (THE SAME ONE I JUST RECEIVED ON MY CELL PHONE) ??? I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES THEN ASK FOR ANOTHER PASSWORD CODE. I RECEIVED ANOTHER CODE, ENTERED IT INTO THE SIGN-IN AND GUESS WHAT....I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING THAT THE PASSWORD WAS IN ERROR. AFTER ONE SOLID HOUR OF TOTAL FRUSTRATION AND ANGER, I SURRENDERED. MY HUSBAND, ATTEMPTING TO SALVAGE THE MESSAGES I COULDN'T ACCESS OFFERED HIS ASSISTANCE. HE WENT THROUGH THE SAME FRUSTRATING PROCEDURE (TWO CODES THAT DIDN'T WORK) HE FINALLY DEVIDE TO GO THE 'LIVE CHAT' ROUTE IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. HA!.............WHEN I FIRST REQUESTED A L;IVE CHAT I WAS 36 IN LINE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE APPROXIMATE WAIT TIME WAS 4 MINUTES. I WAITED 25 MINUTES WATCHING THE NOTICES OF DEMINISHING WAIT PERIODS UNTIL I WAS TWO MINUTES AWAY FROM A LIVE CHAT. HA! AGAIN! SUDDENLY, MY WAIT TIME CHANGED TO 56 MINUTES (DOES THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH 'DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME'?). FINALLY THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK.....A MESSAGE APPEARED THAT READ "THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIVES AVAILABLE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS" CALL BACK AT ANOTHER TIME. CAN I GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AT MY REASONABLE CONVENIENCE RATHER THEN THIERS???? THIS IS LOUSY COURTESY LET ALONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND I'M STILL UNABLE TO RESPOND TO IMPORTANT MESSAGES, MOST OF WHICH ARE BUSINESS RELATYED.
