customer service is never around when you need them getting upset with this. can not access my email. how to fix this issue

if you cant access your mail, just look below the username and password box you can see forgot password? or cant access you account? question just clickon that then a new page will be opened asking a question plz ans d ques then click continue then it takes you to next page accordingly.if you have forgot your password then it will ask you your security questions which you opted while opening the account if u ans correctly then a code will be sent to your mobile no. which you gave or to your alternate email so just follow the instructions given in each page it is simple.
