What good is having customer service if you can't talk to a live person over the phone when you need help?!!!!!! Yahoo prompts me to call customer service to have my password reset, because it can't be reset on line, but when I called the customer service number, 800-730-2669, I got a recorded message that yahoo no longer helps customers via phone...to go on line for customer support. How can my password be reset, if I can't speak to someone? This is very frustrating!!!! This is NOT cool. I thought Yahoo was a better company than this. What good will it do for me to give you my email address if I can't even get in to my email. I am sooooo upset right now; I could bite a 10 penny nail in two. If someone out there is understanding how in sane it is to NOT have customer service via phone for your customers I would appreciate them contacting me. You may reach me between 8:15am and 9:am or after 4:30pm est. at 336-239-4555. All I want is for my password to be reset. Not being able to get this done in a timely manner is very upsetting. I doubt I am the only customer that feels this way. Every company should always have customer service/tech support available via phone. This only good business.

I would suggest you use paid email clients for business as free clients will always offer free'ish poor-quality customer service or options. If you do not have a non-Yahoo alternate email address, a valid mobile number, or cannot rememer your security question answer, Yahoo at this stage recommends you contact Customer Care (using only that method sadly) for further assistance.
