Hello eramirez90026,

Unfortunately, the link provided in the previous answer is invalid. Also, yahoo does not currently have a chat option for contacting Customer Support.

If you have not done so already, you may want to go to the Yahoo Account Recovery Wizard to reset your password.

Once at the link you will see the options available (the answer to your security question is not the only option you have to reset a password). Then, continue to follow the prompts to completion.

If, for any reason you are not able to use the available options at the link above, you will need to contact Yahoo by one of the following choices:

1) Seclect, "Yahoo! Account "on the first on box.
2) Select, "Password and Signin"on the second one box when you selected the forgot password there will appear a third one box on there select "forgot secret questions & answers" on the third one box.
To the next.
Click, "Chat With a Support Agent online" and keep patient while loading a live chat after appear a live chat start to discuss to the live chat agent and then tell us to your problem and they will something arrange.

Note :That system can be worked on a laptop or computer rather then a mobile device.
