Cannot Click On Tabs Above Yahoo Mailbox

I cannot click on the tabs above the Yahoo mailbox (contacts/updates/search/my Yahoo/Etc.) I am experiencing the same problem on other sites - tabs I have previously accessed, I cannot click on. Please help: I hope it's a setting on the Toolbar?
