Try to retrieve your accounts by following the two procedures below:

1. If the one that stole your account have not yet change your security questions and answers,
then, go to
https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot?stage=fe100&src=ym&intl=us&done=http://mail.yahoo.com&partner=
Follow the on screen procedure, it will verify your identity, and will help you reset your password.

2. If they manage to change the secret answers to your secret questions, then, there is no way you can recover that account unless you contact directly the Yahoo support team.
Create a new Yahoo Mail account. Using your new mail account, write an email to
[email protected]
Tell them the story about your problem and your interest to get your Yahoo Mail Account back.
They will response to your immediately and ask for some verification regarding the information you enter when you first created the account.

Or, you can contact their Account Security department for your account verification.
