Account Access Restoration

I have had my yahoo account for around roughly 17 years. In January 2015 I was incarcerated. During which time my ex had access to my account. I cannot login to my account as he changed the password. I would like to restore access to my account but no longer have the phone number or the hotmail account set up as recovery options. Is there any way to access this account. When I set up the account my name was Mandi Lee Ward. My maiden name was Garrett (that was also my mother's maiden name) I was remarried in 2012 now I am Mandi Files associated with this account would be ultrasound images from myself as well as pictures of my children Nicole Ward Caleb Herndon and Pictures of Criss Angel and Jonathon Davis. This account is linked to my Facebook which I'm also currently trying to access as well as MySpace .Please help me access my account all accounts linked to this have irreplaceable pictures and videos. Yahoo says:

If you're locked out because someone else learned and changed your password, use the Sign-in Helper to get back in. Lock your account using a new strong password, then review your account settings for changes and undo any that you didn't make.

You'll be given the option of supplying certain recovery information. If you can't supply any at all, I'm afraid you won't be able to recover your account.
