I Cannot Access My Account. My Phone Number Listed To Ecover My Account Is An Oo

I cannot access my account. The phone number listed to recover my account is no longer my number. I do not have an alternate email. I need to recover my account for a job. I've been with yahoo for 15 years. Please help me recover my account ASAP!
