I Sent A New Pw For My Yahoo Account To My Alternate Email

However i cant access my alternate email how do i contact yahoo when i call they say they dont provide phone assistance

If you have forgotten your Yahoo account from your Alternate Email, you can recover it by using the account recovery wizard of Yahoo. You will need to provide some important information and follow simple instructions. Some of the information needed are the following.

Alternate email address, birthday, country of residence, and postal code.
