How Can I Retrieve My Account Information When My Account Has Been Invaded.

I tried to go into my account using my email address and password that I have had for over 6 years. Something or someone has gotten into my account sending emails to my contacts without my permission and now when I try to use my yahoo.account i am locked out and have been for over three weeks. I have a lot of personal information and pictures that I would like to get off my account. How can I do this when it doesn't recgonize my email or password. I have been asking this same question with your promise to contact me but after 3 weeks I am still waiting for your help. Saundra Spence

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.
If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

Your birthday
Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
Your alternate email address -Note: You must have access to this email address
Country code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
