Hello tsikido,

Unfortunately the previous anwer is referring to Facebook and not relevant to your Yahoo Password issue.

The following link provides the options available for resetting you Yahoo password, according to the informaton that already exists in your account (alternate email, moble number, secret question)

Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). To dispute that, you can file the form at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603972907.

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours.
