Phone Call

why do you people at yahoo call my house at all hours of the night i got a call just last night at 3:15 am. If this continues i will shout off my phone and start legal prospective's to have yahoo brought up on harassment charges so do not ever call my phone number again

Note that we're an independent help site *not* connected with Yahoo. It's not likely that the calls are really from Yahoo. Only if you've requested that Yahoo call you will Yahoo do so. I do not recommend you try to communicate with Yahoo's phone support, which will take a great deal of your time and likely accomplish nothing. Instead, call your phone company.

If you think the calls might really come from Yahoo, you can use the form at http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_US&y=PROD_ACCT&page=contact. (You may have to wait an instant for the left panel to populate.) You can also write Yahoo by snail mail at 701 1st Av., Sunnyvale, CA 94089.
