This is definitely spam. Do you really think you could win $1,000,000 for something you didn't enter, and that they'd email you in this way to let you know you won, and even more so that they need all of your personal information, and that they'd use such horrible spelling and grammar?

It is people replying to garbage like this that proliferates spam and phishing. If it's too good to be true...
