I Just Called Yahoo Customer Service. They Are Requesting A 8 Digit Number On Ya

This is my old email address. [email protected]. Last week I had to create a new email account which is [email protected]. Last week I was trying to sign into yahoo with my previous email account. I could not log in. There is a section where you have to submit a phone number so you could receive a code. I have a new cell mobile number so i could not receive a code because yahoo has my old cell number and then I had to create a new account. Under my old email account I lost valuable information, files.
