Downloading A File Without A Prompt On Yahoo Email

Older versions of Yahoo supported downloading a file with any extension. I have a file that the sender changed the extension to ".old" for privacy purposes. I need to download the file and change the extension, however, Yahoo is not giving me the prompt to download the file. How can I override or bypass to enable file download? Please help!!

Hi! This might be caused by your anti-virus. Yahoo Mail uses Norton antivirus and if your local antivirus has an e-Mail protection feature, this will cause conflicts. I suggest turning the e-Mail protection feature before downloading the attachment.
