Yahoo Sent Me An Email On My Mobile To Say I Have To Change My Password, And To

I received a Yahoo email to say I have to change my password due to unusual activities on my email. So I went on a tablet to change my password. Which was successful. But now when I go in to my yahoo email address on my phone it says that I've to unlock my yahoo on the tablet. I tried to do it on a tablet but there is no oppotunity on the website to unlock my yahoo email for my mobile. Please I need help in unlocking my email on my mobile. Thank you very much it is
