Hello joynorbeck,

The Yahoo Account Recovery Wizard can be accessed for resetting a forgotten password.

Once at the link, the Wizard has 3 options as to why you can not get into your account:

Password Problem - Forgot Yahoo ID - Possible compromise of Account

Choose the one closest to your issue and follow the instructions.

Please Note: If you have made too many log in attempts you will be locked out for 24 hrs before allowing you to gain access to your account
