Yes, as long as you didn't empty the 'Trash' folder. When you delete an email, it goes to your trash folder. You have to empty the 'Trash' folder for it to be permanently removed. If you click on the 'Trash' folder, you will see the email. Highlight the email then look to the right of the 'Spam' header at the top of your view; there is a drop down to move the email to another folder, such as 'Inbox'. That will put it back into your email inbox.
