To make the printed output darker, modify the print settings to Normal or Best Quality. Please follow the steps below to set it to these options.
1. Open your MS Word file
2. Press Ctrl + P to print the file
3. Click the Properties located at the upper right part of the print dialog box
4. Under the Media drop down box, select the Plain Paper Best Quality
