I AM TRADING MY VEHICLE TODAY FOR A NEW VEHICLE. I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION; THE NEW VEHICLE HAS A 3 MONTH FREE TRIAL. I TRIED TO CALL BUT GOT A MESSAGE THAT THE SYSTEM IS BEING UPDATED AND CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE TODAY. CAN WE DO THIS OVER THE INTERNET?

Unfortunately the only way to cancel your XM Radio subscription is to call them at 1-800-XM-RADIO.
