Door Lid

My washer will not function because it says dl... I have tried to look under the door lid and do not see anything. What should I do.

It is possible the door lock mechanism is broken or removed, or the door switch/lock unit has failed. Disconnect power and unplug unit to check door switch/lock unit. Check the wire harness connections to the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the door switch/lock unit.
