My Model Wtw8240ywo Top Load Washer Makes A Horrendous Noise !!

Washer Serial No. C22670681 is about 2-1/2 years old and makes a horrendous noise when it is spinning. It has been doing this for a long time, however the noise is only getting worse and now we should have ear plugs if we stay in the laundry room.We already had to spend about $180 due to a failed $90 solenoid control valve. This was a expensive machine and we purchased it because it was a Whirlpool. We have had very good luck with our three other Whirlpool appliances. Please provide a replacement machine or at the very least considerable compensation for our difficulties
