My Wtw6300 Won't Start The Final High Speed Spin?

On this machine, the agitator on the bottom needs to engage and disengage, which simply means to float up and down. It needs to float up when it agitates then lock down when it spins.

Usually when the it doesn't spin it just simply means that there is something stuck or blocking the tub. Either a sock or small piece of clothing floats too high and falls in between the tubs causing the blockage.
