Won't Do Final Spin On High Speed

I have a Whirlpool Cabrio WTW5640XW1 I have run diagnostics on and trying to figure out if I need to replace the lid lock or the shift actuator on this machine.  Water won't spin out on final in high speed spin but seems to work on low speed spin but would like to get a second opinion before buying a part to make sure I'm getting the right part the first time.
