Washer Not Working Correctly

Our whirlpool high efficiency - low water washer is not spinning water out of the machine. It gets past the spinning cycle, then goes back to washing cycle, then just stays there without anything happening. The wash light stays on. I have only had this machine only a couple of months.

You question is a bit confusing. You say "not spinning water," but you also say "gets past the spinning cycle." See https://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Washing-Machine-Repair/11-5-1931949-/Whirlpool-Washing-Machine-WTW5000DW0-Troubleshooting. The link most likely to solve is listed first, but if necessary check other links. Note also that your machine is likely covered by your warranty: for warranty service use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/whirlpool/customer-service.
