Whirlpool Wgg555s0bs Oven: Feature Not Available
The gas stove top burners work fine, but bake and broil from either oven return "Feature not available" message. I've tried powering down, checked that sabbath mode is off, and cleaning mode is off. I tried to enter the test mode, but it doesn't seem to return any error codes (also possible that I'm not using test mode correctly). When screen displays "test on", temperatures display in the 600-700 range for both ovens (698 UO/734 UO, for example). On the right side of the screen, the msg varies between 82, 87, and 89 with a small SER underneath. After a few minutes, the test turns off. Any ideas??

The "Feature not available" error message indicates that the electronic oven control board detects a problem with that mode. To determine the specific problem, you will need enter the diagnostic test mode and look at the stored fault code. The procedure for entering the diagnostic test mode is shown in the image below. Once you determine the error code, you can use the chart to see the specific problem that is indicated. This should help you determine the cause of your failure. You may be able to conduct the troubleshooting that is recommended for the specific fault code that is being signaled. Be sure that you unplug the range to disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components in the range.
