Frozen Washer Model Wfw86he, Flashing Door Loch Signal

whirlpool duet model wfw86he. In the middle of a cycle, it froze and the door lock light is flashing. None of the other buttons are working. We unplugged it for a few hours, but no change. What can we do?

Hi. This sadly sound like a defect Lid Lock Switch due for replacement.
