I Have A Stackable Washer Dryer Set The Washer Dont Spin The Water Out.

Typically this will be the clutch. Often if the clutch is bad the washer will spin slowly. before replacing the clutch; reach into the washer an try to turn the spin basket by hand. It should be hard to turn and if not you may have a broken drive block.
