Oven Cut On And Off With Out Go To Full Temp.

You either have a failed temperature sensor or the control panel is failing.

I had a similar problem and ended up taking out the flame sensor/sparker probe and cleaning it with some light sandpaper. I also cleaned the ground/screw connections for the lower gas burner assembly. This cleared up my issue.
