Brand New Whirlpool Wfg111svq Oven Will Not Work.

It came in a home we just bought so there is no documentation and online manuals are worthless. Burners come on so we know there is gas, there is a glow from below when the oven is turned on, but no heat. Left on for up to half hour, but nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dan
