Range Wireing Caught On Fire.

The range wireing caught on fire tonight.  Has this item been recalled or had any problems with faulty wireing?  Could this be an installation issue by the installer?  We had the range for about a year and did have trouble with it heating hot enought to cook in the oven.  The burners always worked but oven did not heat sufficiently and tonight it caught fire. I have picutres of the wireing where it burned.
