Oven Will Not Allways Light.

Sir; I have a Whirlpool range Model # SF357PEKW. The oven will not always light. When START is pressed the Gas comes on and the igniter it heard but , ignition does not allways happen . Gas smell is heavy . The ignighter and burner has been replaced just this past year , this helped for a time but, the same problem has now returned. Thank You. Terry
