My Whirlpool Dryer Will Not Go To High Temp

my whirlpool dryer model WED72HEDW will not go to high temp even with the ecoboost disabled. I've tried setting it to high temp on normal and bulky setting, but the highest temp light that it will let me turn on is med. temp, in fact, med temp is the only light option that appears, will not let me change it.
