Bake And Broil Will Start But Get F2 ,after Power Down May Be Able To Set Again

the oven starts but F2 and will not do anything; unplug wait about 5 min and will startup but will usually kick out if set to 425 (but will keep running at 350). Temp sensor measures ok and tried reconnecting with new wire nuts, (Rosemount/Emerson employee for 33 years - it seems to behave like a bad solder joint for heat sensitive component)
