Is This The Same Product?
is the XE product the exact same as the XE1? Or do the pipes need to be replaced?

The GC1000XE comes with a 1/3 hp motor. I can find no info on a GC1000XE1 model. The GC2000PE is a 1/2 hp unit its plumbing will be the same in both units.
