I Have Severe Problems With The Du 1300xtb Leaving White Film/white Patches On A
I've had several repairs for the same problem - the dishwasher leaves white film and white deposits on 80% of my dishes. To get this off, the flatware must be burnished - I have a full set of glasses that even straight vinegar will not remove the white film. The flatware is now permanently pitted. Does anyone else have this problem? Our water is hard and Whirlpool claims that vinegar must be added to the dishwasher to resolve the problem - but now even that does not work nor does soaking the stuff in Jet-dry.
