My 55' Vr-5575dfz Is Having A Problem.

My 55" VR-5575DFZ is having a problem. I can turn it on or off with the remote; but the buttons on the TV and the other buttons on the remote are not responding (vol, channels, mute, input, etc..)The TV is showing stuff find, I just cannot navigate.I read online about doing a reboot by powering off, pressing the off button for 10 seconds, turning it back on; but that didn't do anything.Suggestions?

This TV have an option to lock buttons (parental lock) and the default password is "0000" Please download the manual on the link below and refer to page 27.
