Westinghouse Sk-26h590d...problem With Picture Screen...unable To View Full Pic
My dad has been having a problem with the picture on his tv screen. He is unable to view the FULL picture as it cuts the bottom off. He does not have the tv remote to the tv as the cable guy told him he no longer needed the remote after installing the cable adapter for his viewing. It has been like this for quite sometime and I am wondering what I can do without a remote so that can reset the settings. Thank you.
