No Picture
I have a Westinghouse LTV-32w4 HDC that has a problem that is slowly getting worse. When you turn the TV on no picture appears but you hear sound. After 10+ minutes the picture appears and it works just fine. Yesterday we took this TV to a new locations and it worked perfectly for 4 hours. This morning, no picture. Ten minutes later it came up. Is this a power supply problem?
