I have connected the power source and connected the HDMI cable tp both terminals. I then plugged in my external hard drive with movies loaded via the USB connection. I selected source with my regular TV remote. I get “no signal” prompt on the screen. What should my next step be in order to see the hard drive and select a movie? Do I need to use the supplied remote?
