Greetings - Well, the hard drive inside of the encloser (or the encloses itself) may have gone bad. You will have to open the encloser and have the hard drive tried out using cables to connect it directly onto a desktop computer motherboard and observe. An encloser can be purchased separately should the hard drive be found to work without.
