It's pretty ridiculous that Western Digital doesn't list the RPM for the drive on their product page (http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?driveid=730), but it is marketed on other sites as being 7200 RPM.
I found the WDBAAF0020HBK sold on a site called Span.com via a Froogle search and it, like a few of the other sites I saw with the item) list 7200 as the RPM:
