My Xp800 Keep Saying Release Handles And Readjust Resistance As Desired,
my xp800 keep saying release handles and readjust resistance as desired. when no handles are being pulled. you unplug it and turn it back on, and it still display the same message for weeks. So I can't exercise on it, because I can't change the weight resistance

Is the error code still there after the machine is unplugged and restarted?
Yes, I have tried recalibrating over and over. I will change resistance normally, but when I begin pulling the cables, the error returns
