I Am Elderly And Have Back And Rotator C Uff Severe Problems. At The Porter Wal

please help me. no one at the porter walmart helps me to put dog food from bottom shelf into cart. at check out they never have anyone to help me put 2 bags of dog foof in truck. i have to do this myself. i have a torn rotar cuff  torn bicep and back problems. i always call jeff the manager for help but in a year he has never called me back. now i have severe strain problems. i am 63 with health issues. they say they have a button for carry out but no one ever comes to help me.. now i have to go to dr. manager does not resspond. my name is Linda escarenio. i leave messages but get no reoly. i am not hurt very badly. Why are you not friendly to older shoppers with needs?
