How To Factory Reset My Sn5147 Vtech Phone

- Press the "Menu" button on the phone.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Settings" option and press the "Select" button.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "System" option and press the "Select" button.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Factory Reset" option and press the "Select" button.
- A warning message will appear on the screen, asking you to confirm the factory reset. Press the "Yes" button to proceed.
- The phone will then reboot and return to its original factory settings.
- After the process is complete, you will be prompted to set up your phone again.
Please keep in mind that after the factory reset, all the settings, contacts and personal data stored in the phone will be deleted.

- Press and hold the "Menu" button on the base of the phone.
- Press and release the "Page" button while still holding down the "Menu" button.
- Release both buttons. The display will read "Menu 01 Reset."
- Press the "Select" button. The display will read "Reset-Erase All."
- Press the "Select" button again to confirm the reset. The phone will then return to its original factory settings.
Please note that factory resetting your phone will erase all stored data such as contacts, messages, and other settings.
